Huntsman
by Timid Pirate Publishing • December 30, 2011 • Cobalt City Guidebook
Clad in golden chain-mail barely visible beneath hunter green cloak and cowl, the Huntsman has kept Cobalt City safe since his first appearance in 1774. A stealthy and vigilant protector, his arsenal of arrows expanded from simple broad-head shafts to a dizzying array of specialized payloads over the years. He is widely regarded as Cobalt City’s most recognizable super-hero.
INSIDER INFO: Marcus Castile is the 20th person to wear the mantle of Huntsman. Though only 17 years old, he has been trained for the role his entire life. A world-class archer, he is burdened by the knowledge that he is a mere human on a team full of super-humans, and the poor example of his father who cracked under the strain of the title, having lost himself to addiction issues not once but twice (1989 and 2003). Marcus takes the legacy very seriously, knowing that he might be the last of the line to wear the mask.
